I've trained boards, briefed legislators, and built the operational policies organizations still run on. Trained the statewide Youth Action Board — overseeing grant compliance, CQI implementation, and multi-agency performance accountability — and developed training materials, technical guidance, and compliance documentation for grantee organizations and HUD, ICF, and TCU partners.
Pursuing doctoral study while working full-time in federal program evaluation — the same discipline I bring to every operation. Built on a Master of Science from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Alabama State University.
